Ft. Riley Launches Major Museum Renovation. Special Podcast

 

The U.S.  Cavalry Museum at Ft. Riley, Kansas is a wonderful; place for a day trip. The exhibits cover the Revolutionary War up to todays air cav. See our review in the book and watch for a new listing here. But  until then, listen now to the museum director as he talks you through the planned renovations. Note: the museum is currently closed due to COVID. Check their website for updates.  Highlights:

• A holographic visualization of the Battle of the Little Bighorn
• A move feature called Hollywood and the History of the Cavalry.
